Welcome

As Chief of the Peru Police Department, it is my pleasure to welcome you to our "home page". Whether you are a resident of Peru, a retiree or business owner seeking to relocate, someone who is planning to visit here, or a cyberspace explorer, I trust that you will find something of interest within these pages on how the Peru Police Department serves this community.

We believe by working in partnership with the community we can create a city where residents and visitors can work, play, and relax in an environment of safety. Crime is a community concern and, in Peru, we have created a public/private partnership that has had a measurable impact on crime.

I encourage you to explore this web site and, if you are a resident or planning to become a resident of Peru, that you consider becoming involved in the community. Together we can continue to work in partnership and make Peru an even better place to live.
